Privacy
A simple overview of how information submitted through this website is handled.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, LumiNest collects the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to provide so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Contact-form details are not automatically added to the LumiNest newsletter list.
Newsletter signups
When you join the LumiNest list, the name and email address you submit are collected for LumiNest updates, printable pages, and book news. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.
Form processing
The current website is hosted on Vercel. Contact and newsletter forms will only transmit information after a dedicated form-processing or email service is connected. When that service is activated, this notice will be updated to name the provider and describe how it handles submitted information.
Downloads and external links
Free printable files can be downloaded directly from this site. Some buttons lead to third-party websites such as Amazon. Those websites have their own privacy practices and terms.
Analytics and cookies
LumiNest may use optional analytics, including Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, to understand anonymous or pseudonymous information such as page visits, referral source, device type, approximate region, story interactions, scroll depth, and site performance. These tools are loaded only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics” in the site consent banner. Choosing “Essential only” keeps optional analytics disabled.
LumiNest does not intentionally send custom-book form contents, child names, email addresses, or message text to analytics providers. Visitors can clear site data to reset their analytics preference.
Questions
For privacy questions, use the LumiNest contact form. An official LumiNest email address can be added here after the final domain and inbox are active.

Custom Book Requests & Children’s Information
When a parent or guardian requests a personalized LumiNest book, we may receive information they choose to provide for the project, such as a child’s first name, age, interests, story preferences, character descriptions, or reference images. Please provide only what is needed for the book.
A parent or legal guardian must be the person submitting information about a child. These details are used to prepare, create, revise, and deliver the requested custom book and are not treated as ownership of the child’s identity or image.
Reference photos and personal details should not be used for unrelated advertising or commercial reuse without appropriate permission. If a custom-book request is not accepted or proceeds under separate project terms, those terms may further explain retention and production handling.
