Digital Purchase Policy
What to expect when buying premium digital stories or bundles from LumiNest.
Digital products
Premium bedtime stories and story bundles are digital products. No physical item is included unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Delivery and access
After a successful payment, the checkout or fulfilment flow will provide access to the purchased digital content. Keep any confirmation or access message you receive. Access methods may change as LumiNest improves its delivery system.
Technical problems
If payment succeeds but access is not delivered or a purchased story cannot be opened, contact LumiNest with the purchase details needed to locate the transaction. Do not include passwords or unnecessary payment-card information.
Refund requests
Digital-content refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, including duplicate charges, failed delivery, or material technical problems. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
Pricing
The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to the transaction. Payment-provider fees, currency conversion, or bank charges may be handled separately by the provider where applicable.
Personalized books
Custom-book projects are separate creative services and are governed by the Custom Book Terms and any project-specific quote or agreement.
