Using this website
You may browse LumiNest, read available stories, download clearly marked free materials, and use the site for personal and family purposes. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.
Creative content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, LumiNest stories, illustrations, characters, logos, page designs, downloadable materials, and other original content are protected creative works owned or licensed by LumiNest and/or their respective creators. Access to content does not transfer ownership.
Personal use
Free printables and purchased digital stories are for personal or family use unless a separate license says otherwise. They may not be resold, republished, redistributed, uploaded for public access, or used commercially without permission.
Purchases
Digital purchases and payment processing may be handled through an approved third-party payment provider. Prices, access terms, and delivery details shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
Custom books
Personalized book projects are also governed by the Custom Book Terms & Intellectual Property Policy, including project scope, personal information, revisions, licensing, and optional printing.
External services
LumiNest may link to third-party services such as Amazon or payment providers. Their own terms, privacy notices, fulfilment rules, and availability apply when you use those services.
Availability
